Life is challenging at times! At RockBridge, we are committed to helping individuals and families find the support they need to succeed. Our therapists are caring, competent, and available to meet your needs.

We’re Here to Help

At RockBridge Counseling and Mental Health, our therapists are highly trained professionals with the necessary expertise to help those struggling with mental health and life-controlling issues. We recognize the need to adapt and implement therapeutic practices conducive to each person and aligned with their personal beliefs.

Our counselors provide a wide range of modalities including individual, family, or group therapies. Common areas of practice include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships and others. If you, or a loved one is needing support, we are available to you!

At the heart of our work is a commitment to love our neighbors as ourselves, fostering healing, growth, and wholeness for everyone who seeks our services. Whether you share our faith or hold different beliefs, you are welcome here, and we are honored to walk with you on your journey to wellness.

Every person is an individual

Our care team believes that each person was created to thrive! We follow your lead in regards to who you are and what you care about. Our approach is culturally aware, sensitive, and responsive. While no one can be “competent” in every culture, we are committed to demonstrating compassion, honor, and respect in serving you and building therapeutic trust in our relationship.

We are motivated and guided by our Christian faith and the love, grace, and hope found in Jesus Christ. We believe in the inherent dignity and worth of every person as a unique individual. Our mission is to offer compassionate, professional mental health counseling that reflects Christ’s love and care for all people, regardless of one’s background or beliefs.

While many of our therapists specialize in integrating Christian principles into their counseling practice, we recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and we are committed to meeting people wherever they are in their life’s path.   All of our counselors are dedicated to providing care that honors each person’s values, traditions, and faith, integrating spiritual care only when it aligns with the client’s wishes and needs.
