I’ve been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years after starting my therapy training journey at Bethel Seminary. I’ve always been passionate about the integration of faith and counseling practice. My interest in the whole person, emotionally, relationally and spiritually started early on and has progressed throughout my life.

I enjoy process and growth in people, both clients and clinical trainees. As an Approved Supervisor through the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and an approved Minnesota LMFT and LPCC Supervisor, I have the privilege to walk alongside clinical trainees as they begin their therapeutic journey.

I’ve worked with a wide range of people and issues; from children and adolescents struggling with behavioral and mood related issues, to individual adults having difficulty in their marriages and relationships. I’ve especially enjoyed assisting couples in their relationship journey and seeing them find greater joy and vitality in themselves and each other.
