Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step takes courage. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you navigate life’s challenges. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space where you can freely explore your struggles, gain clarity, and move toward the life you desire.
I work with adults (18+) and couples, helping clients facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, low self-esteem, and stress. I also have experience working with individuals who consider religious faith to be an important aspect of their lives by incorporating biblical truths into clinical practice.
Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other approaches, we’ll find what fits best with your unique personality and individual story. Together, we’ll work on managing difficult emotions, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building resilience, and improving relationships—all while embracing a more fulfilling, values-driven life.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a clinical focus from Baylor University and am currently working toward my LICSW under the supervision of Autumn Terlouw MSW, LICSW, and Dave Runion MA, LMFT.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our playful Bernedoodle puppy. We enjoy being outdoors, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, traveling, reading, and being involved in our church community.
