OUR CARE TEAM

Amy Stratig | LADC

Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, 12+

I am a dedicated mental health practitioner passionate about supporting individuals in understanding their thoughts, emotions and behaviors to achieve personal growth and well-being. My approach is person-centered and strength based, fostering a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued and empowered to reach their goals.

Prior to my counseling training, I earned my MBA and worked for several companies in corporate America. This diverse skill set equipped me to support individuals, navigating the complexities of stress, interpersonal relationships, and both internal and external dynamics. My experience in corporate settings has given me a deep understanding of organizational culture, workplace, stressors, and leadership challenges.

I have completed a master’s level practicum towards my degree in Co-Occurring Disorders with a focus on mental health and substance use. With several years of experience working with adolescents, emerging adults and adults, I integrate techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to promote inner strength, resilience and lasting positive change. I am currently under the clinical supervision of David Runion, LMFT.
