The work I do with couples, families, and individuals during difficult times in their lives is very rewarding to me. Using a person-centered approach, I collaborate with clients to determine the best path forward. As a healthcare professional, I am committed to understanding the entire person to provide the highest quality of care. Helping others has been a passion of mine since I was a child, and it has continued to grow during my career as an interior designer and now as a therapist. Through my experiences, I have learned how significant connection can be and how it impacts our daily lives.

My goal is to provide you with clinical expertise, as well as support as you overcome obstacles and find ways to move forward. My approach to every session is based on respect and understanding for each individual I meet. In addition, I am motivated by curiosity, as well as a desire to uncover the underlying problems as we work towards a solution. While we should acknowledge the things we can learn from academic research, we should also acknowledge that everyone is different, and every situation is different. Currently, I am a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy under the supervision of Dave Runion (LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor).
