My passion is to help others better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they may live their best possible lives. This process of cultivating self-awareness often points toward helpful solutions for problems the client is facing.

I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School. During my internship at Park Avenue Center, I helped clients address their addiction and mental health needs. This experience shaped my understanding of the needs for social connection and belonging in all aspects of life.

No matter the person or concern, I provide a compassionate and caring approach for clients to work through their challenges, whether that be anxiety, depression, stress, regulating emotions, or addiction. By aligning with the client’s goals, a tailored treatment plan can be created that fits the client’s unique needs and strengths. I believe this growth process begins with establishing a caring, safe space for clients to share their story and begin their journey toward a better future. Currently I am under the supervision of David Runion LMFT.
