I am passionate about counseling and mental health and get excited to come alongside those desiring assistance. As a social worker, I intend to provide client specific support to take-on life’s many challenges. I have helped those struggling with day-to-day struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, trauma, relationships, ADHD, Autism, and chemical dependency with an empathetic foundation for my clients. I am especially passionate about working with teens to young adults, especially those who are neurodivergent. As a neurodivergent individual myself, I can understand the unique challenges that present themselves and how best to navigate your authentic path.

As a life-long learner and am excited to add different therapy modalities as I continue my professional career. Everyone has different needs, and I enjoy the exploration of what kind of approach each client would see the most benefit from. My goal is to provide the avenue to healing and improve the quality of life that everyone deserves. Therapy is hard work and so is seeking help through therapy. I acknowledge how brave the first step can be, and I intend to build on that foundation.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Religious Studies. As I finish up my internship to achieve my Master of Social Work, I am fascinated by interpersonal, social, community, and cultural interactions and the impact on the individual. As an amateur artist I am interested in the application of play and sand therapy. I am interested in Safe and Sound Protocol therapy, group therapy, DBT, CBT, talk therapy, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and have found these to be particularly effective for clients. I am a life-long horsewoman and barrel racer and intend to pursue certification in equine-therapy upon graduation. After my bachelor’s degree, I decided to move out west and pursue my dream of working as a wrangler at guest ranches all over the country. I am clinically supervised by Autumn Terlouw, LICSW and Dave Runion, LMFT.
