I am passionate about empowering people and partnering with them to find solutions to the challenges that are hindering their progress toward their goals and potential. As a therapist, I strive to help others build resilience, rekindle hope, and recognize their own worth despite any setbacks they may have suffered in the past.

With a special interest in spiritual integration, I provide a holistic, empathetic, and custom approach to address the concerns of my clients. As a counselor, I specialize in helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, low self-esteem, shame, relational conflict, major life transitions, grief and loss, stress, and abuse. The opportunity of working with people in the community to help them achieve greater freedom is something I look forward to.

I earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and am under the supervision of Dr. Anna Ramos (Ph.D., LHMC, LPCC, MAC).
