What is Teen Therapy?

Your teen doesn’t have to do this alone.  If they are struggling, it’s overwhelming knowing where to start.  Counseling can help them tackle the tough stuff.

It’s okay if they:

  • feel overwhelmed
  • need to rest
  • don’t know where to start
  • feel a bit stuck
  • made a mistake

We’re here to listen and to help them begin to heal.

How to Get Started

If you feel your teen would benefit from therapy, discuss it with them and see if they’re open to it. If they’re resistant to it, explain why it’s important and how you think it might help them.

At RockBridge, our therapists are available in multiple convenient locations or online for telehealth appointments to help your teen.  They’ll work with your teen to outline goals for therapy.
